PNEUMA: A VITAL FORCE – Dance ElectroniKa
Thu, March 19 @ 10:00 pm - 2:00 am
Pneuma is the vital force, essence and animating principle of the soul. March 19th, brings you a flavor of music to ignite that fire within you. Move your body, breathe in your surroundings and surrender to Pneuma. The divine and intelligent substance is you, the greatest asset to the dance floor. Our selection. Ship’s Log, Stardate 6969: ezri_dax selects compassionate speed to bring you into transwarp; psychedelic rhythms to meld minds; high camp to tug the heartstrings; and always keeps it spacey on the 1s & 2s. Vinectomy transcends time and space. Eclectic mysticism meets playful fruitiness and a whisper of Slavic magic. Melancholy nostalgia dissolves into progressive electronic currents — a sound designed to sink deep.
Cella is a Philadelphia born-and-based rhythm romancer whose work approaches music as a somatic experience, felt in the body before it reaches the mind. DJing as nine of wands, Cella turns repetition into ritual, tension into release, and sound into immersive experiences that guide listeners through movement, sweat, and collective embodiment.
